Hello,

I have purchased a Lifetime license as you'll see on my account. However, when I add my login details onto the plugin on my site, it says "Active license by username is unsupported. Please download and reinstall the latest plugin to re-active."

If I delete and install the new plugin, all my work will be lost.

How can I update the plugin and activate my license without losing work?
