How can I change the term order to ID or custom?
Example:
I want to appear the term ' Schweizer Kunst' first.

I tried to test to confirm your test with Plugin: Custom Taxonomy Order https://de-ch.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-taxonomy-order-ne/, and it works for both WordPress and Facet Order.
